There is nothing random about this daily act of kindness. Nancy Valentina Ruiz, who is a Fundación scholarship student in veterinary medicine, lives across the street from the construction project. Every afternoon Nancy or someone in her family carries ice-cold water with cups to the construction workers. On this day Nancy was accompanied by her little sister, Aile.
