Michelle was born on February 20, 2002 and is 17 years old. She lives in the María Auxiliadora neighborhood of San Juan del Sur. Her family is made up of her stepfather, mother, maternal grandmother, and a younger sister and 1 brother. Her father does not give her any support. Michelle’s stepfather works as a waiter at a local restaurant. Her grandmother receives a small pension with which she helps with the expenses of the house. His mother is engaged in household chores.
She graduated from the public high school in 2018, achieving an average of 88% in her final year. Her favorite classes were philosophy, physics and entrepreneurship.
Michelle has finished her first year of Nursing at the Nicaraguan University of Humanistic Studies based in Rivas. She chose this career because she likes to help to others, and also because she greatly admires the hard work done by people who are dedicated to this profession.
She is a kind, sociable and responsible young woman. She participates in crafts and recycling. Michelle suffered bullying in her life and would like to support young people who are going through similar circumstances and help them to improve their interpersonal relationships.
