Student Scholarship Program of the Fundacion A. Jean Brugger Foundation graduates from English course.

​Ms. Concepción Membreño was awarded a scholarship beginning in 2015 by Fundación A. Jean Brugger. On December 15, 2018, she finished her English course at Keyser University.
