On Tuesday, February 21, a friendly baseball game was played between children from different neighborhoods of San Juan del Sur and the youth and adult members of the Union Church of Waban, Massachusetts. The game was held in the Miguel Arana Meléndez sports field. During the afternoon, the children received guidance in baseball techniques from professional baseball player Alejandro Noguera. The Nicaraguan children and the members of the church shared enthusiasm and joy in this friendly game. At the end of the game the children enjoyed a snack. Fundación A. Jean Brugger thanks the members of the Union Church for sharing part of their time with the children and being part of this baseball camp, as well as for sponsoring this event. We also want to thank the parents who attended the sports field, by accompanying and supporting their children during the game. We also thank Alejandro Noguera for his availability and collaboration during this sporting activity.
